Our firm deals with commercial law, business law and provides a legal-strategic consulting to entrepreneurs, startup companies and investors. From the stages of the idea and incorporation, through ongoing commercial activity, connections to investors and funds & more.

  

The firm was founded by Adv. Almog Dayan in 2015 in Israel.

Almog holds a LLM (Master of Laws) degree and a BA (Governance) degree from Reichman University. She is a former competitive athlete and an experienced entrepreneur, founder of the Justice Arc Lawyers Forum, and a board member of the Israeli-Democratic Alliance (nonprofit) and other commercial companies. Almog completed her pre-internship and internship at Gissin & Co., Law Office, where she continued to work as an Attorney (associate) in the Commercial Department, the Debt Settlement Department and Insolvency Department. Due to her academic achievements, Almog was offered a position as TA and a Research Assistant at Reichmann UniUniversity. Almog still holds the position.
